At Print Pack Expert, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom packaging solutions designed to meet your unique business needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make every order perfect. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle order approvals, cancellations, and refund requests.
Approval Process
Before production begins, we require your final approval on all aspects of your order—including design, printing, colors, dimensions, grammar, and quantity. This ensures everything aligns with your expectations. Once approved, production will proceed.
Responsibility After Approval
Once your design and order details have been approved, Print Pack Expert will not be responsible for any errors related to those approved elements. It is essential that you carefully check all details before giving your confirmation.
Order Changes After Approval
If you notice any issues after approval, contact our customer support team immediately. We’ll do our best to assist you. However, changes at this stage may incur extra costs and can delay production.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. We’ll promptly investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Refunds for Defective Products
If the problem is due to a manufacturing fault or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation. Photo evidence of the defect may be required to process your claim efficiently.
No Refunds for Non-Defective Items
For approved and correctly produced orders, refunds are not available. We strongly encourage a thorough review of your design and order details before final approval.
Clearance and Discounted Items
Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for items sold under sale, clearance, or closeout promotions.
Required Documentation for Claims
To process any claim, please provide the following:
- Signed Proof of Delivery (POD) noting any damage or missing items
- Details on the quantity and nature of missing or damaged products
- Clear photographs showing the defects or damages
⚠️ Please note: PODs signed “Subject to Count” or “Subject to Inspection” are not accepted as valid proof and may result in claim denial. Failure to provide the required documentation may also lead to denial of your claim.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order after approval, contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we may offer a partial refund minus design or admin fees. Once production begins, the cancellation will be subject to our standard non-refundable policy.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Policy Updates
Print Pack Expert reserves the right to update or change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
